Childcare service is recommended to be free for some families three days a week: Explainer 13th June

A new report by the Centre of Policy Development has recommended that childcare be provided free of charge to certain families three days a week and for very little money for certain families. The report controversially points out that Childcare should be provided as an education and Medicare facility for all Australians.
