comprehensive special feature to mark “68th Independence Day” of Sri Lanka

Sinhalese program brings you a comprehensive special feature to mark 68th Independence Day of Sri Lanka which celebrates 4th of February every year to mark its democratic independency from the British colonial era. Sri Lankan High commissioner His Excellency Somasundaram Skandakumar and the special guest historian Mr Somasiri Kasthuriarachchi from Sri Lanka who has involved with the first Independence Day ceremony which had been held in 1948 joined SBS Sinhalese program to talk on this occasion.
