NSW to emerge from lockdown on 11 October

Lockdown restrictions in New South Wales are expected to remain in force for another two weeks as 11th of October is the date Premier Gladys Berejiklian expects lockdown restrictions will start to ease in New South Wales.


  • NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has nominated the 11th of October as the date the state will start to emerge from lockdown,.
  • ACT COVID restrictions will be eased from this Friday (1st of October)
  • General practitioners [[GPs]] and community pharmacies in Victoria will be able to apply for grants to speed up the vaccination roll-out.
