PM and Opposition Leader fail to agree on deal to end ongoing citizenship crisis

The Prime Minister says he is considering calling back all federal parliamentarians to Canberra for extra sitting days before Christmas to help deal with the dual citizenship saga. He's met with the Opposition Leader to discuss the way forward on new citizenship disclosure rules, but hasn't landed an agreement yet.
