Senate voting laws hot topic at public hearing

The federal director of the Liberal Party has told a parliamentary committee that only the prime minister and God know when the 2016 election will be held.Tony Nutt made the comments during a public hearing into planned changes to the way the Senate is elected.The federal government wants legislation on Senate reform to pass this month.
