Special higher education program will be introduced in collaboration with University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka and Australian Universities which allow students to do split Phds and other higher studies. QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and University of Sri Jayawardenapura are trying to introduce this program and the Director of world class university project Professor Ranil De Silva joined with us to talk about this project.
