Sri Lanakn researcher Hasini Jayathilaka discover new hope for cancer treatment.

A team led by Johns Hopkins researchers has discovered a biochemical signaling process that causes densely packed cancer cells to break away from a tumor and spread the disease elsewhere in the body.Hasini Jayatilaka, a Johns Hopkins postdoctoral fellow, is lead author of the new cancer study and joined with SBS Sinhalese to talk about importance of this research.
