Testing and screening blunders as Victoria enters new lockdown period

Many passengers from a flight from Melbourne have been allowed to leave Sydney Airport without undergoing health screening for coronavirus. It comes as Victoria records another 134 cases and Greater Melbourne and the Shire of Mitchell start a six-week lockdown
