Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ruhuna has developed a medical robot that will allow doctors to remotely diagnose patients using temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen, and ECG, with two-way audio-video communication during this Covid-19 Pandemic. Dr. Mr. Subodha Gunawardena (Senior lecturer in the University of Ruhuna and the Project Lead) join SBS Sinhalese to discuss the project.
