The High Court is preparing to hear a landmark legal challenge this month ((Nov)) to Australia's longstanding policy of mandatory immigration detention.The plaintiff will argue that the country's highest court should not have decided, almost 20 years ago, that detention could be indefinite.Listen to this SBS Sinhala explainer for more information.
