100 years ago the Treaty of Versailles ended World War I

It's been 100 years since the signing of a peace agreement in Paris that became known as the Treaty of Versailles. It was one of five treaties that came out of the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 which was meant to prevent further conflict after the horrendous human and financial toll of the First World War.
