Australia's vaccine strategy changes

Australia has secured an additional 20 million Pfizer coronavirus vaccines, doubling the amount of doses set to arrive in the country this year. Prime Minister Scott Morrison welcomed the supply boost after the federal government issued an advisory for the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine in people under 50. Federal government made the Pfizer vaccine the preferred shot for adults under the age of 50.
