Every year, close to four million mainly-Catholic people head to the small town of Lourdes in the south of France, for a pilgrimage. The focal point of the pilgrimage is a sanctuary where the Virgin Mary is said to have appeared in front of a young girl collecting firewood. But with the pandemic - the town is nearly empty, so Church authorities have resorted to using social media and live streamed events to bring Lourdes to them.
