Government accused of confusing messages about overseas travel

The Federal Government has provided mixed messages this week on how and when Australia's international border can re-open. Health Minister Greg Hunt warned the border could remain closed even when the whole population is vaccinated - and now Prime Minister Scott Morrison has signalled allowing vaccinated Australians to travel overseas and quarantine at home upon their return.
