Zuzana Kovacicova spoke with Roman Roth, Director of the Protocol Department of the Office of the President of the Slovak Republic, about the program as well as the organisation of the fourth papal visit (first since 2003, when Slovakia welcomed John Paul II.)
Pope Francis accepted the invitation of The President Zuzana Čaputová and he will visit Slovakia on September 12-15, 2021. He will meet with the public, as well as the highest constitutional officials of Slovakia and representatives of the Jewish or Roma community. In addition to Bratislava, people can also meet him in Košice, Prešov and Šaštín, where the Holy Mass is also on the program.
