How does the 2016 census affect the Slovenian community?

Draga Gelt OAM is emphasising the importance of correctly filling out questions in this year's census that pertain to our Slovenian background and language spoken at home. She also emphasises how important it is that those Slovenians born in the territory of Slovenia that was once under occupation, also write that their place of birth is Slovenia! The more Australian Slovenians who indicate their Slovenian background, language and place of birth in this year's census, the better it will be for the Slovenian community living in Australia!
