Janez Černe bids farewell to this world R.I.P (1940-2018)

Janez Černe passed away after battling illness in the Clare Hospital in Braddon in the ACT on Monday, August 13th 2018. He was 77 years of age. Janez was born in the village of Orehova Vas, near Maribor in Slovenia on the 28th of November1940. He became actively involved within the Slovenian Community in Canberra and was awarded by the Office of the Republic of Slovenians Living Abroad earlier this year for his work within the community. His funeral was held at th St Thomas the Apostle Church in Kambahon on Monday, August 13th this year. He is survived by his wife Zinka, sons Michael and Mark, and grandchildren Alexia, Natalia, Zoe, Holly and Olivia. May Janez rest in peace!
