NSW Slovenian of the year awards 2018 at Triglav Mounties Club (Part 1)

This year's NSW Slovenian of the year awards and the 27th anniversary of Slovenian statehood day were held at Triglav Club in Sydney on Sunday, June 17th. The function was well attended by members of the Slovenian and wider Australian communities, including many invited special guests. SBS Slovenian Program Executive Producer, Tania Smrdel attended the event. Part 1 of this special feature covers highlights from the formal program as well as interviews with 3 of the 6 receipients of this years awards. They are Dr Tanya Gardner, Nicole and Irene Koželj and Toni Markočič.
