Slovenian folk music legend Tine Lesjak dies

We pay special tribute to Tine Lesjak, who was a true legend within the Slovenian folk music scene as a renowned musician, composer, lyricist and music teacher. He died way too young aged 62 on July 29th 2019 after a brief illness. Tine Lesjak was the leader and long time member of the very popular group, Bratje iz Oplotnice. His death has shocked everyone who knew and respected his outstanding work with Slovenian folk music, including Slovenians in Australia who loved listening to his music. May he rest in peace.
