The Istenič family from Bizeljsko faithfully adheres to the tradition of sparkling wine production. More than 50 years ago, Janez Istenič made the first sparkling wine, and soon the first private company was established in Slovenia and in the former Yugoslavia, which began to produce sparkling wines according to the classical method. This time we hosted his son Miha Istenič.
