Victorian local election campaign during pandemic

Eddy Kontelj is the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Slovenia for Victoria. He is also a councillor for the last 10 years in the Greater Geelong City council and is currently running for re-election in the local Victorian election. We spoke to him about his work at the consulate during the pandemic as well as how the pandemic affected the campaign.
