Why is Blessed Anton Martin Slomšek so significant for Slovenians?

Blessed Anton Martin Slomšek is one of the greatest Slovenians to ever live. His feast day is on September 24th, and it's only a matter of time before he's finally canonized as Slovenia's first saint. Fr Ciril Božič OFM OAM EV, who leads the Saints Cyril and Methodius Slovenian Catholic Mission in Kew, shares his thoughts about Blessed Anton Martin Slomšek.
