Why is the census important for the Slovenian community?

In this interview with Slavka Gorup, she talks about the importance of this year's Census on August 9 and invites all Slovenian listeners to identify themselves as Slovenians.

Slavka Gorup is a secretary at the Slovenian Information Bureau in Kew. According to the last Census there are around 4,000 Slovenians living in Australia. However, she believes that number is incorrect and says the number should be at least five times higher.
