A minor error could lead to a 10 year visa application ban

There's growing concern over changes to visa rules that could see applicants who provide false or misleading information effectively banned from re-applying for ten years.


The changes made earlier this month relate to a range of temporary visa classes including student visas, family visas and skilled migration classes.

Experts warn even the smallest, unintentional mistake could have devastating impacts.
