Africultures festival turns 10

Africultures Festival It begun as a simple idea to bring African communities together to celebrate and share their culture with new friends in their adopted country.

The event has since grown in popularity making it a key event in the calendar of events in NSW, Australia with participants flying in from interstate to take part in the festivities.

SBS Swahili attended the 10th anniversary of Africultures and spoke with organisers and participants.
