Government MP Ley introduces bill to end live-sheep exports

A Liberal MP has broken with Turnbull Government policy, introducing a Private Member's Bill to end live-sheep exports to the Middle East in five years.

But the Government has decided against supporting the bill, saying a ban on the industry would be reckless.
