Government to cut income support for 100 asylum seekers in Australia

The government is preparing to cut the financial support of up to 100 asylum seekers who have been transferred to Australia from offshore detention for medical reasons.


But the move to cut support could be blocked in the Senate and has been slammed by human rights lawyers and the opposition.
