How do you repair family divisions in Australia?

Women and girls from various multicultural backgrounds attended a conference organised at the Jesus Family Centre church in Cabramatta, NSW.

Some of the topics which were discussed at the conference included; roles and responsibilities of family members within the family unit, and the importance of religion in maintaining unity and harmony in the family unit among many other topics.

One of the organisers of the conference told SBS Swahili about, the outcomes of the conference and how participants benefited from attending.
