Queensland has often been a tough place for the Australian Labor Party to do well in federal elections.

Among the 30 federal electorates in Queensland 2 belong to Independents, 6 with ALP and the remaining 22 with the LNP.

 

SBS Swahili spoke with political affairs analyst and recent Logan City Council candidate Mr Blaise Itabelo who spoke in detail about the complexity of the Queensland electorate.
