Opposition demos in Bukavu and Goma DR Congo

D R Congo police battled opposition party supporters who took part in protests in Goma and Bukavu.

The demonstrators called for justice for civilians and two police officers who were killed in Beni and the country's constitutional courts decision to allow President Joseph Kabila to remain in power if presidential elections aren't held at the end of the year as scheduled.
