We often hear on the news stories of employers underpaying their workers, whether its restaurant chains or even small businesses.


As an employee, you have clear rights when it comes to pay, conditions and safety.

And there’s easy ways to report it, if those rights are not respected.

Go to safworkaustralia.gov.au to find out who is the safe work regulator in your state. As with the Fair Work Ombudsman, you can access an interpreter through TIS National to speak to them.
