Tanzania football heavy weights Simba FC, narrowly escaped defeat in the national league after overcoming a stubborn Mbao FC outfit thanks largely to what many fans are calling a genous helping hand from the fourth official who added 7 extra minutes to the match which would have otherwise seen Simba's interest in the national league put to bed.
