The Commonwealth Games and the question of relevance

More than 70 teams will take part in the 21st Commonwealth Games, set to begin on Wednesday, (4april2018) on Australia's Gold Coast.

The teams, from around the world, have one thing in common: All are part of the Commonwealth of Nations mostly former territories of the British Empire or the United Kingdom itself.

There is usually one clear winner, Australia.

And, these days, there is always one clear question.
