In Kenya, tensions continue to simmer as leaders of the nations opposition party continue to divide opinion over the capacity of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to preside over free and fair elections in 2017.
Leaders of the opposition have vowed to continue their protest untill the IEBC commissioners resign. To find out the legal ramifications of this action SBS Swahili spoke with Mr Steve Nyaribo Isinta, partner at the Nairobi based Saende & Ochola Law firm.
