Ambulance Service just for Cows

In the state of Uttar Pradesh, India, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad launched an exclusive ambulance service for cows. While there is no surprise that such a service is introduced in a country where cows are worshiped, social media has revealed that a few miles from this event, a father was carrying a 15-year-old child who required immediate medical attention. There was no ambulance service to take him to the hospital for emergency treatment.
