அமெரிக்காவில் அதிபர் தேர்தலில் போட்டியிடும் Hillary Clinton அவர்களின் படத்தை ஆபாசமான தோற்றத்தில் வரைந்ததால் சர்ச்சைக்குள்ளான ஓவியர் Lushsux , நீச்சல் உடையுடன் இருந்த ஓவியத்தை தற்போது முஸ்லிம் பெண்கள் அணியும் niqab உடையுடன் இருப்பது போல் மாற்றியுள்ளார்.
இனிமேல் குறித்த ஓவியத்தை யாரும் சர்ச்சைக்குள்ளாக்க மாட்டார்கள் எனத் தாம் நம்புவதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
மெல்பர்னின் Footscray எனுமிடத்திலுள்ள சுவரின் மீது வரையப்பட்ட இந்த ஓவியத்தை நீக்க வேண்டும் என்று Maribyrnong Council கோரி வந்த நிலையில் அதற்கு மறுப்புத் தெரிவித்த Lushsux தற்போது ஓவியத்தில் மாற்றத்தைச் செய்துள்ளார்.
இவர் Hillary Clinton இன் ஓவியம் மட்டுமல்லாமல், அமெரிக்க குடியரசு கட்சியின் அதிபர் தேர்தல் வேட்பாளரான Donald Trump மற்றும் அவரது மனைவி Melania Trump ஆகியோரது சர்சைக்குரிய படங்களையும் வரைந்து பின்னர் அதில் மாற்றங்களைச் செய்தவர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
A provocative Melbourne street artist has found his own way to get around the issue of censorship.
The artist, known as Lushsux, is behind the controversial mural of Hillary Clinton where she was depicted "near-naked" in a swimsuit.
The mural displayed on the side of a Melbourne business in Footscray was deemed offensive by the local Maribyrnong Council.
The council had asked the business owner to remove the mural.
Lushsux's latest move was to censor the mural of US Democratic presidential candidate Mrs Clinton, by covering her scantily-clad body with a niqab.
