BIRYANI is a unique theatrical and culinary experience combining storytelling, food and live music. Kali Srinivasan, star of Palme DOr winning-French film Dheepan, and artistic director of St Georges dance and theatre Jay Emmanuel are creating food for thought. Their show, Biryani, combines the cooking of the Indian rice-based dish with storytelling, music and, of course, eating.
