Telugu Senior Association's Father's Day Special Story

Telugu Seniors Association

Sai Baba DV, the founder of the Telugu Seniors Association, started a group to address the issue faced by Telugu-speaking seniors

Sai Baba DV retired as Superintendent of Police from Vijayawada and have been living in Sydney for many years. He noticed a problem that Telugu-speaking seniors face when they come here to Australia – they don't have a platform to meet and converse with each other, as there is no medium available for them to communicate in Telugu. Recognizing this issue, he came up with the idea of establishing an association to bring together those who are struggling to find a way to communicate with their fellow Telugu-speaking seniors who may not know what to do when they visit from India.

The Telugu Seniors Association was established ten years ago, and it now has around 350 members. In this Father's Day special episode, we share their story for you.
