A gangland figure in Victoria has been shot dead in Melbourne. The man - identified as Sam Abdulrahim - was gunned down as he walked to his car with a woman in a car park on High Street at Preston in Melbourne's north, dying at the scene despite the woman's attempts to render first aid.
