Qld records more than 4000 flu cases

Queensland has recorded 300 more flu cases than at the same point last year, but authorities say it's likely due to greater testing rates.

Queensland's flu season is well and truly under way with hundreds more cases recorded than at the same time last year.

Queensland Health's Influenza Surveillance Report shows there have been more than 4200 flu cases so far this year - 300 more than at the same point last year.
