The Fair Work Ombudsman has welcomed a landmark court ruling on aged-related discrimination in the workplace. The Federal Circuit Court in Brisbane has imposed a fine of nearly 30-thousand dollars on two Thai restaurants on the Gold Coast over their conduct towards a 65-year-old employee.
