Boost up water quality with oyster shells

A scientist and traditional owners in south-east Queensland are trying to restore the biodiversity and water quality of Moreton Bay by using recycled oyster shells.The first trial results, using artificial reefs made of the old oyster shells, are showing signs it might work.
