David Thompson, a renowned Thai cuisine expert, a restaurateur and the host of Thai Street Food TV series being broadcasted on SBS One, talked about how he became interested in cooking Thai food, how he used his collection old and antique Thai memorial books containing aged old cooking recipes to learn about Thai cuisine repertoire, as well as telling us about his new TV series. He gave also advice on how to sample Thai street food, what to order and where to sample the best dishes on Bangkok streets.
