Sujet Saenkam, a Thai restaurateur in Sydney and an author of a Thai cuisine cookbook, 'Spice I Am', recalled his humble beginning of being an eight-year-old boy, who was in charge of the family's kitchen, and how his childhood cooking experience guided him in his culinary career. With a fundamental principle of being faithful to Thai dishes he cooks, Sujet believes it is a key to his current success in the Australian food industry.
