Brendon Crozier, a Clinical Psychologist of Albion Centre, and Jeffrey Dabbhadatta, Health Promotion Officer of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, explained about mindfulness technique extensively used by doctors and psychologists around the world to help people manage their thoughts and feelings as well as reduce stress and anxiety. The mindfulness technique is based on a Buddhist practice and it helps people to focus on the present, with openness, non-judgement and positiveness.
