Summit eyes alarming numbers for elephants, others endangered
A United Nations summit is underway in South Africa to deal with the threat of illegal trading of endangered wild animals and plants. It comes amid reports Africa's elephant populations have declined dramatically since poaching experienced a new upsurge in 2006.
