Thailand Grand Festival is showcasing its 12th Edition this year at Tumbalong Park, Darling Harbour, where there will be so much to see, shop and do plus a special exhibition on last year’s seemingly impossible Tham Luang cave rescue, according to Mr. Chakkrid Krachaiwong, the chief host from Royal Thai Consulate-General, Sydney.
