Heavy criticism erupted in Thailand in relation to the designation of each candidate’s electoral ‘number’. Currently, candidates from the same party but in different electorates could be assigned different numbers. Many are pushing for a change, saying that those from the same party ought to be given exactly the same number across the board—to avoid any confusion.
