Dr.Simon Wallace, the current Honorary Consul General of Thailand in Victoria, clarified the process of selecting and appointing of his successor, while Dr. Nuttavud Pimpa, who created an online petition demanding for transparency in the appointment for the position, explained why the process needs to have greater transparency and a full engagement of Thai community in Victoria.
