NSW Lidcombe firefighters wrote a message of condolence on the fire station wall in English and Turkish for three firefighters who lost their life when thay are on duty in Turkey on the 5 of May in Bolu.

Bolu Fire Department was sent a crew for the fire in the village of Tekke Işıklar as a reinforcement but fire truck rolled into a 20-meter cliff on a winding road. Firefigherts Erhan Yazkan (33), and Aykut Tabakcioglu (22) lost their lives In the accident.

A 42 years old firefighter named Taner Çebi, was injured during the fire intervention in İstanbul, Fatih, a hotel on April 27 in Istanbul, and died two days later in the hospital where he was removed.

Their colleagues in Australia, didn’t forget Çebi, Yazkan and Tabakçıoğlu.

In Sydney, Lidcombe firefighters wrote mesaage in English and Turkish. They wrote 'RIP our Turkish brothers' in English and 'Taner, Aykut, Ercan get your place in heaven' in Turkish.

Turkish Australian firefighter Cem Dinçer is also serving at the New South Wales firefight.
